Excavations at Stonehenge UK

Beginning on March 31st a two week excavation will take place. The
excavation is run by Tim Darvil (Bournemouth University) and Geoff
Wainwright (English Heritage) assisted by Miles Russell (Bournemouth
University). 
The excavation is being filmed by the BBC for the Timewatch
series which will be shown later in the year. There will be a 'webcam' set
up by the BBC so people can log on and find out
how the excavation is going. 
There is a news release on Monday 31st March for the opening of the
excavation   news.bbc.co.uk   and follow the BBC Timewatch links.
