(£41,600 pa approx) Limit of Tenure applies* The EU project Forging Identities is looking for qualified candidates for a post-doctoral position of 18 months duration at the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research. The position is funded by the European Commission FP7 People Programme (Marie Curie actions). The successful candidate will work as a partner on the international European research team Forging Identities and will be a member of a dynamic and mobile research environment. He/she will liaise with project collaborators, compile and analyse data on Bronze Age material culture from the European continent and contribute to disseminating the results. He/she will have a PhD, proven knowledge of the European Bronze Age, good writing skills and a reading knowledge of German. Proposals must be securely based on the project's work package on material culture and identity described at http://www. arkaeologi.dk/forgingidentities/.
