O Sector de Educação do Centro de Arte Moderna José de Azeredo Perdigão (CAM-JAP) da Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian em colaboração com o Palácio da Galeria/ Museu Municipal de Tavira promove três visitas guiadas à exposição em português e inglês, nas seguintes datas:

A Fundação Gulbenkian completou 50 anos. A acção desta Instituição foi, durante décadas, determinante para o desenvolvimento da cultura e educação, da ciência e das artes em Portugal e no apoio social a estudantes e investigadores. As suas instalações [Museu Gulbenkian, Centro de Arte Moderna, Biblioteca, auditórios, jardins] e serviços, nomeadamente as bibliotecas itinerantes, foram para muitos cidadãos um pólo de acesso ao conhecimento e à modernidade. A exposição TRANSFERT apresenta no Palácio da Galeria em Tavira uma importante parte da colecção do CAMJAP da Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian.

 

Comissariada por Leonor Nazaré, assessora do CAMJAP, a exposição percorre algumas das tendências importantes da arte portuguesa da segunda metade do século XX e inclui um núcleo de arte britânica dos anos 6o, num total de 50 obras de 32 artistas.

 

The Gulbenkian Foundation is 50 years old. The work of the institution has for decades been decisive in the development of culture, education, for science and arts in Portugal and in the support given to students researchers. Its premises [Gulbenkian Museum, Modern Art Centre, Library, auditoria, gardens] and services, especially travelling libraries, were for many citizens a point of access to knowledge and modernity. The exhibition transfert is presenting an important part of the collection of the Calouste Gulbenkian CAMJAP in Tavira.

 

Curated by Leonor Nazaré of the CAMJAP, the exhibition covers some of the most important trends in Portuguese art since the second half of the 20th century, and includes a nucleus of British art from the 60's, featuring 50 works from 32 artists.

Oficina criativa sobre a temática da metamorfose corporal articulada com a exposição ?Transfert".
