Actualmente aguardo resposta do Europe Direct

DECLARATION

By this mean I inform you about the official beginning of the process leading to address to the European Union a plead to manage the establishment of a Data Base (Institute, Archive, or any other similar structure) with the purpose of collecting, preserving and divulging information produced by researchers of the Intangible European Heritage (as explained on annexe).

2010 February 3rd marks the official beginning of the process, with a letter addressed to the Delegate of the Azorean Cabinet of the Europe Direct, Professor Doctor Afredo Borba (Pro-Rector of the University of Azores), pleading for a first contact with European Union services, to obtain information for further proceedings of the Project.

This step comes on the sequence of a series of other actions envisioning not only the approach of the scientific community, but also attempts of contact with the correct Department of the European Union responsible for this kind of matters. Agreeing with the Project there are Institutions like the University of Porto (CITCEM), the IAC (Instituto Açoriano de Cultura), the Azorean European Deputy (M.C. Patrão Neves), besides many colleague researchers and respective Institutions.

Presently I wait for an answer from Europe Direct Delegate.
