Remember that the deadline for submission has been extended to March 14.
This message is the last reminder before we close the abstract
submission system.
Today, we have received a large number of contributions, but there is
still room if you do not have submitted yet your latest work. We count
on you!
If you wish to contribute, you still have a short time ahead and you can
enter your abstract (limited to 600 characters) in the system on the
page "Abstract Submission <http://euro2013.org/?page_id=101>". In case
you need assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.
We are expecting an exciting event in the light of the magnificent city
of Rome and we are all looking forward to welcoming you all in Italy.

Deadline early registration (and inclusion in the program):
April 15, 2013.
The Registration opens on June 30 (Sunday), 4 pm with Welcome
Reception from 6 pm to 10 pm in the Campus of Sapienza.
The Conference starts July 1 (Monday) with the Opening Session
in the Aula Magna and proceeds with the working sessions up to Thursday
morning.
In the evening of July 2 (Tuesday) there will be a social event:
Night @ Sapienza. The Conference Gala Dinner will be held in the evening
of July 3 (Wednesday).
In the late morning of July 4, the Conference ends with the
Closing Session in the Aula Magna.
