The special issue for Operational Research Applied to Health Services (ORAHS) 2014 Conference held in Lisbon, Portugal, is aiming at collecting high quality papers presented during the conference. Accordingly to the conference theme, we are particularly interested in publishing papers with special focus on "For Better Practices in Health Care Management", to be addressed in one of the following topics:

We invite researchers to submit their work to this special issue as an opportunity for publishing on a high quality journal.
