Dear members of TWAS ROLAC ,
Hope this message finds you well. We are writing to you with reference to the call for a Fellowship
Programme in Brazil.
The Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development [UTF-8?]– CNPq invites
interested parties to submit proposals to a scholarship program. The call from CNPq aims to grant
scholarship to students from countries (**) with which Brazil maintains Educational Cooperation
Agreement, to carry out postgraduate studies in Master Degree level in a Brazilian Higher Education
Institutions (public and private) , in ALL areas of knowledge, in order to provide the necessary training so
that the student may contribute to the development in their own country.
Proposals must comply with the specific conditions (attached document), which determines the
requirements for the application, such as schedule, financial resources, source of funds, eligibility
criteria, and other necessary information.
Deadline for submission: July, 27th 2015
(**) Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Barbados, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador,
Ecuador, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru,
Dominican Republic, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, and Venezuela
