hSNS Workshop 2021: International Workshop on measurement of healthcare performance in terms of quality and access is an interdisciplinary venue for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of Multiple Criteria Decision Making, performance assessment, and maturity assessment applied to assessment of health services. The Workshop will be online and is bringing together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars in the domains of interest from around the world. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the workshop Scientific Committee for oral presentation. You will receive a confirmation email after your Abstract Submission has been successfully received. All selected contributions will be included in the workshop book of abstracts.
