I am pleased to announce that, together with Helena Ramalhinho Lourenço, I am running a special issue on the journal Sustainability (ISSN 2071-1050, IF 3.251,CiteSore 3.9) entitled  "Energy-Efficient Scheduling in Production and Transportation<https://www.mdpi.com/journal/sustainability/special_issues/energy_scheduling_production>".

Given your expertise and your research papers, we think you could make an excellent contribution to this special issue.

Sustainability is fully open access (unlimited and free access by readers), which increases publicity and promotes more frequent citations, as indicated by several studies.
