Subject: Bridging the Gap: APDIO's Workshop on OR and AI

              APDIO is hosting an in-person workshop to explore the intersections and synergies of Operational Research and Artificial Intelligence.

              The workshop will focus on key research and application areas, including:

• Opportunities for leveraging artificial intelligence to address operational research problems.
• Recent advancements in optimization with significant implications for artificial intelligence.

              The speakers are renowned Portuguese and international experts in these fields. The speakers and the topics of their talks will be disseminated soon.

              Location: Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto

              Date: 16 September 2024 (Monday), 10:30 am - 4:30 pm
