É quando acaba o ano lectivo que começa um dos momentos de mais intensa actividade da UNIARQ e refiro-me,
obviamente às campanhas de escavações arqueológicas, iniciadas ainda no mês de Maio, com os trabalhos na Gruta da Leba (Angola), dirigidos por
Daniela de Matos, mas que a partir de Junho e ao longo do Verão vão mobilizar, no campo e em laboratório, Investigadores, Estudantes de Doutoramento e alunos de Mestrado e Licenciatura em Arqueologia, numa geografia que,
privilegiando o actual território português como espaço de observação, se estende do hemisfério Sul aos espaços do Mediterrâneo, num arco de tempo que acompanha a trajectória das sociedades humanas das primeiras etapas de fixação no nosso espaço ao período
medieval e moderno, numa demonstração clara do dinamismo da Equipa UNIARQ. Ver

It is when the academic year ends that one of UNIARQ’s most intense periods of activity begins. I am referring, of course, to the archaeological excavation campaigns, which started as early as May with the
work at Gruta da Leba (Angola), directed by Daniela de Matos,
and which from June onward, and throughout the summer, will mobilise, both in the field and in the laboratory, Researchers, PhD’s students, Master’s and Bachelor’s students in Archaeology. Although centred on the present-day Portuguese territory sas a primary
