In the context of a Mellon Foundation Sawyer Seminar called "The Environmental Humanities: Emergence and Impacts" in 2014, we are seeking to hire a postdoctoral fellow to come to UCLA, work with the Environmental Humanities community here, and help conceive and organize the seminar. We're looking for applicants from across the whole breadth of disciplines in the Environmental Humanities, and welcome those from non-English backgrounds and contexts. We'd like to ask for your help in spreading the word – if you know of any suitable applicants or listserves where the announcement can be posted, please go ahead and send the attached call, which contains all the details.
