Greetings from EURO2015 Glasgow.
We are working hard behind the scenes on making EURO2015 our best conference yet. As the representative of APDIO, we are sending you this email to ask for your support in promoting the conference to your members.
Contained within this email, and attached, are a number of items and suggestions that will allow you to share EURO2015 with your members.
1. Website banner and email signature – Attachment EURO2015banner756x180pix (jpg) can be incorporated in your signature (please see the example in my signature below which has also been hyperlinked to the EURO2015 website) and website adverts, we would be delighted if this could be accommodated in your email and or your homepage
2. Newsletter and update emails – Attachment EURO2015 - Save the Date (word), if you issue newsletters or update emails to your membership, this document provides you with all the information that you will need to inform your members of EURO2015
3. Presentation Slides – Attachments 15EURGLA (ppoint) and EURO2015 – Save the Date Slide 1 & Slide 2 (jpgs) have been produced for inclusion in any future presentations that you may deliver at future meetings. A number of OR events are presenting a very short introduction to EURO2015 using these slides
4. Event listings – If your website has an events section, could we please ask that you include: EURO2015, 12-15 July 2015, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow www.euro2015.org
5. Tweet – @EUROonline-news is the official Twitter channel for the conference. If you are not already following, could you please do so and use #EURO2015 every time you mention the conference in a tweet
