The School of Business of the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Santiago, Chile, is hiring a faculty member in the field of Operations Management, at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level to begin in the first half of 2019. Successful candidates are expected to teach professional, graduate and undergraduate courses (in Spanish and English), supervise doctoral and master students, conduct high quality research in collaboration with industry and government, publish in top-tier journals, and participate in outreach activities. Candidates must exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills (in Spanish and English), an aptitude for teamwork, and a scholarly interest in high quality business education and research. Excellence and strong motivation in teaching are essential. Relevant industry experience and a strong publication record are a plus.

 

Priority will be given to applications received by November 30, 2018; however, applications will be accepted until the position is filled. The starting date for this position is negotiable, and could be as early as March 2019, but the appointment should commence no later than August 2019.
