thank you for your initiative !

*) THedu'12 Chairs names:
When Francisco withdrew Miguel's consent to the Chair, there was a 
suggestion to continue with the THedu'11 settings until an interest 
group meeting at THedu'12. If I remember right, there were some mails 
supporting this suggestion.
So I confirm the above suggestion again.

*) THedu'12 at CICM or IJCAR: Both appear appropriate in content, both 
seem to have many personal interconnections to members of the THedu 
interest group; the set of PCs' intersections gives a singleton: 
Makarius in MKM (\in CICM).
Since I cannot estimate the probability of rejection, I suggest to apply 
for both.
