[ThEdu] EPTCS - ThEdu'20 proceedings

Dear ThEduers

We receive the formal answer from EPTCS today.

We asked if it would be possible to apply to EPTCS, taking in 
consideration that ThEdu'20 was canceled, but in very special circumstances.

The answer just arrived:  "Our advisory board has decided that EPTCS is 
open to this possibility, in view of the very special circumstances."

So: we will apply to an EPTCS volume (I'm confident that it will be 
accepted)  and we will issue a call for papers very soon.


... so prepare your writing skills, for a "normal" ThEdu'20/EPTCS 
proceedings (at least this will be the normal procedure, full papers, 
revisions, updated versions, publication).
