Dear all,

I'm delighted to say that we are finally able to circulate full details of the programme. We have a fantastic list of speakers, which is even more delightful.

I attach:

(i) an updated marketing flyer, with two extra pages containing a list of speakers and of (provisionally titled) working sessions.

(ii) a document containing 'practical information'.

These partly duplicate each other, and you may wish to circulate one or the other, or both.

The full list of abstracts is almost complete, and will be circulated shortly.

Please share this information as widely as possible. We will need to close the booking at 17.30 CET on 7 February; from then on, a waiting-list will operate.

If any of you have strong views about additional or alternative working session topics, do get in touch - these can be changed right up to the day.

You may like to note that: we have 47 bookings so far; and around 70 people have signed up as members of EWG-POR. However, we still have almost no German members, and have not yet had any success in identifying a German committee mmber (the GORS is discussing this at their Board meeting this week).
